The artwork
About this piece
A geisha in a deep blue kimono stands beneath a full moon, katana in hand — equal parts elegance and quiet strength.
Printed on artist-grade canvas, hand-stretched over a solid wood frame, and ready to hang in sizes from an accent piece to a large statement print.
Its cool blue palette suits a living room or bedroom drawn to Japanese aesthetics and samurai culture.
Look closer
Built to be looked at up close
Every canvas is printed to order, wrapped over a wooden frame and packed ready to hang. Most pieces also come with a 3D model: spin it with 360° or use View in my room to see the size on your own wall.
Printed to order
Each canvas is made after you buy it, in a production centre close to you, so nothing is overproduced.
A real canvas texture
The weave of the cotton-polyester canvas shows through the print and gives colour a soft, painterly finish.
Clean, wrapped edges
The print wraps around the frame for tidy, finished corners, so it hangs beautifully without an extra frame.
Solid wood frame, hanging kit included
Responsibly sourced, FSC-certified wood stretcher bars, plus hanging hardware in the box (contents vary by country).

Can I see this canvas on my wall before I buy?
Yes. This piece has a true-to-scale 3D model. In the gallery, tap 360° to spin it, or View in my room to place it on your own wall with augmented reality on your phone. On a computer, scan the QR code with your phone camera.
Will the colours match what I see on my screen?
Very close, but never identical. Screens differ in brightness, and canvas gives colour a softer, warmer look than a glowing display. For maximum punch, look at our acrylic prints.
Do I need to frame it?
No. The print is wrapped over a wooden frame and arrives ready to hang, with hanging hardware in the box.
Can I hang canvas in a bathroom or kitchen?
We don't recommend it: moisture can warp canvas and wood over time. Acrylic resists moisture and suits humid rooms.
How do I choose the right size?
Above a sofa or bed, art looks best at about two-thirds to three-quarters of the furniture's width. Use the 3D and AR preview on this page to try a piece on your wall, and see the Help center for more.
What if it arrives damaged?
Please email hello@aliffico.com right away. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. See the refund policy.
